About The Honest Label

The Honest Label is a small independent review publication with one beat: supplements, read closely. We exist because the gap between what a label promises and what a label contains is where most buying mistakes happen.

Our reviews are written by a tiny editorial team led by Michael Davis, who has spent years reading supplement panels professionally — first for a retail buying desk, now full-time for readers instead of buyers.

How we review

• Full label disclosure first. Every review starts with a complete ingredient and dose table. If a brand hides doses in a blend, we say so before anything else.
• Research-weighted scoring. Ingredients are judged against published human evidence — a great story with no studies scores lower than a boring mineral with thirty of them.
• Value counts. A formula is only as good as its price per honest dose. We do the math so you don't have to.

How we make money
